What products do you use?

Benefect is the antimicrobial we most often use. It is EPA-Registered, Hospital-Grade, and 100% Botanical. Benefect kills bacteria, virus, fungus, mold, mildew and odors, yet is safer than vinegar. Benefect is the ONLY disinfectant with no warning labels or cautions for use AND it kills more germs than Lysol or Clorox sprays. Benefect has been reviewed for safety, efficacy & environmental impact by the Environmental Protection Agency so you know it will be safe and effective to use in your home or business.

IAQ 2000 Is an EPA-registered, disinfectant and fungicide. It cleans and disinfects mold-contaminated surfaces.

ShockWave Is an EPA-registered, disinfectant and sanitizer designed for use on various surfaces subject to microbial contamination.

AfterShock is an EPA-registered, antimicrobial coating designed to kill residual mold and mildew remaining after pre-cleaning contaminated surfaces. AfterShock also inhibits the future growth and spread of mold and mildew on the cured film surface in residential and institutional buildings.

How long does it take from the time I call until you start cleaning up?

This can vary depending on situation. We will arrive within 90 minutes (often faster) of your call. We will asses the damage and explain to you what needs to be done to get it back to the way it was. After your approval we will start on the work right away.

Can I call you at 3:00 in the morning?

We are 24hr Flood Response. You can call any hour of the day. We are happy to help you no matter the hour of your need. We will answer your call personally 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. No matter the hour, we will assist you with your problem and address it as soon as possible.

How much will my insurance cover?

Each homeowner has a different insurance policy so it can vary. Most of the time the only thing that you will pay is your deductible. We hear from insurance companies that most standard policies cover “sudden and unexpected losses”. We take to time to go over your policy with you and your adjuster if necessary to determine what will be covered and what your cost will be.

Can we stay in the house while you clean up?

If there is a place inside the home or business where you can be and it is safe than there is no problem with you staying. If conditions do not allow you to be in a safe environment, we can discuss options that will be the most convenient for you. Allow us to help find the best situation for you and your family, if necessary we can communicate with your insurance and find accommodations in a hotel or temporary housing.
